- A significant milestone – underground infrastructure is now complete, including watermain, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers. Additionally, Jordan Village is now serviced by a complete loop of a new watermain on Main Street and Nineteenth Street.

- Completed additional tree pits.

- Reopened to traffic by the end of the day, over 1 month ahead of schedule!
- Completed surface works including sidewalks, driveway aprons, decorative crosswalk, and asphalt paving.
- Please note the final lift of asphalt will be paved next spring.
- Main Street Phase 4B:
- Completed sanitary sewer main.
- Ongoing vibration monitoring to verify vibrations caused by construction remain within acceptable limits.

- Completed concrete bus drop-off, curb works, and fine grading.
