Jordan Village Construction Update - April 27, 2023

Recent Work Completed (Previous 2 Weeks):

  • Main Street Phase 4A:
    • Completed major underground works including watermain service connections and storm sewer installation
  • Snure Lane boulevards:
    • Treepit installation (Video Link: Stratavault Soil Vault Treepit Explained)
    • Sidewalk installation
  • Nineteenth Street Public Parking lot:
    • Installed electrical ducts
    • Geogrid installation to stabilize subgrade soil
    • Installed granular and earthworks

Expected Works (April 27 to May 11):

  • Main Street Phase 4A:
    • Road base construction
    • Curb layout
  • Main Street Phase 4B (North of Museum)
    • Initiate sanitary sewer work
  • Complete Construction of Snure Lane boulevards
  • A portion of the Nineteenth Street parking lot will now be open to the public on weekends (Friday at 6pm to Monday at 6am). Construction will continue during the week to complete curbs, fine grading, and asphalt by May 19, 2023 (weather permitting).
