Jordan Village Construction Update - March 31, 2023

Recent Work Completed (Previous 2 Weeks):

• Continuation of construction on Main Street Phase 4A
• Primary focus:

1. Installation of 300mm watermain along with a hydrant and water services
2. Installation of sanitary services
3. Remaining surface work on Nineteenth St.
4. Form and pour top section of King St. Pillar

Expected Works (March 30 – April 13):

• Commissioning and testing of watermain
• Watermain connection - tentatively planned overnight on March 5 to 6 to limit business disruption
• Water service connections
• Removal of the service tunnel
• Installation of storm sewers
