Jordan Village Construction Update - June 26, 2023

Recent Work Completed (Previous 2 Weeks):

  • Main Street Phase 4B:
    • Completed installation of storm sewer
    • Completed road excavation of northbound lane
    • Installed electrical ducts for pillars and streetlights
    • Installed watermain
  • Main Street Phase 4C (Preliminary Work – No Road Closure):
    • Watermain service installations, testing, and commissioning
    • 3750 Main Street parking lot construction. The parking lot will remain open during construction, parking spaces will be limited.
  • Nineteenth Street:
    • Installation of decorative streetlight poles
  • Nineteenth Street Public Parking Lot
    • Tree planting and landscaping
    • Installation of street light poles

Expected Works (June 26 to July 7):

  • Main Street Phase 4B:
    • Watermain service installations, testing, and commissioning
    • Completing road excavation of the southbound lane
  • Main Street Phase 4C:
    • Road closure traffic control and signage to be installed for road closure on July 3,2023. See provided road closure notice and access map for details
    • Installation of watermain from Snure Lane to Phase 4B limit.
  • Nineteenth Street and Public Parking Lot
    • Streetlight installation continues with overhead wiring and pole removal
    • Completing landscaping and addressing deficiencies
