Recent Work Completed (Previous 2 Weeks):

• Main Street Phase 4B:
  • Completed water commissioning and initiated water service connections
  • Completed curb, sidewalk, and road paving
• Main Street Phase 4C:
  • Completed sanitary sewer installation and service connections
  • Completed 3750 Main Street parking lot retaining wall preparations
  • Completed tree pits
• Nineteenth Street and Public Parking Lot:
  • Streetlight installation
  • Completed landscaping and addressing deficiencies

Expected Works (July 21 to August 4):

• Main Street Phase 4B:
  • Complete remaining water service connections and decommission old watermain
  • On-street parking and driveway restorations
• Main Street Phase 4C:
  • Complete remaining water service connections and decommission old watermain
  • Complete storm sewer installation
  • 3750 Main Street parking lot construction
• Nineteenth Street and Public Parking Lot:
  • Streetlight installation continues with overhead wiring and pole removal
  • Complete landscaping and address deficiencies
