Jordan Village Construction Update - June 9, 2023

Recent Work Completed (Previous 2 Weeks):

• Main Street Phase 4B:
  • Completion of sewer main and laterals
  • Started installation of storm sewer
  • Started road excavation of northbound lane
• Main Street Phase 4C (Preliminary Work – No Road Closure):
  • Installation of watermain from King Street to Snure Lane
• Nineteenth Street:
  • Installation of watermain from Snure Lane to King Street
  • Installation of decorative street light poles
• Public Parking Lot
  • Now open to the public full-time! (paving complete)

Expected Works (June 9 – June 21):

• Main Street Phase 4A:
  • Installation of decorative street light poles
• Main Street Phase 4B:
  • Complete installation of storm sewer
  • Complete road excavation of northbound lane
  • Installation of electrical ducts for pillars and streetlights
• Main Street Phase 4C (Preliminary Work – No Road Closure):
  • Watermain service installations, testing, and commissioning
  • 3750 Main Street parking lot construction. The parking lot will remain open during construction, parking spaces will be limited.
• Nineteenth Street:
  • Installation of decorative streetlight poles
