- Watermain service installations
- West sidewalk and curb construction
- Completed road excavation of the southbound lane
Main Street Phase 4C:
- Completed water commissioning and water service connections
- 3750 Main Street parking lot construction
Nineteenth Street and Public Parking Lot
- Streetlight installation
- Completed landscaping and addressing deficiencies

Expected Works (July 7 to July 21):

Main Street Phase 4B:
- Watermain commissioning and water service connections
- East sidewalk and curb construction
Main Street Phase 4C:
- Complete water commissioning and water service connections
- 3750 Main Street parking lot construction
- Sanitary sewer installation and sanitary service connections
Nineteenth Street and Public Parking Lot
- Streetlight installation continues with overhead wiring and pole removal
- Complete landscaping and addressing deficiencies
