Project Description
An application has been submitted by Upper Canada Consultants on behalf of the property owner to permit a plan of subdivision known as Tintern Estates.
The draft plan of subdivision proposes 11 single detached lots, six lots will front onto Spring Creek Road and 5 lots will front onto Tintern Road. The retained lands will be utilized for continued agricultural and environmental conservation uses.
