Project Description
An application for Plan of Subdivision and Plan of Condominium for 'Vintage Heights' has been submitted by Better Neighbourhoods Inc. on behalf of the owners of 4129 Hixon Street in Lincoln.
An amendment to the Zoning By-law (By-law 2024-23) and Official Plan (By-law 2024-22) was approved by Council in April 2024 to permit a development of 160 dwelling units to provide varying housing stock including single and semi-detached dwellings, townhouse dwellings, townhouse dwellings and apartment dwelling units.
