CIP Survey for Residents

Review of the Beamsville, Vineland and Mixed-Use Community Improvement Plans (CIPs) and associated Financial Incentive Programs: 

This survey has been designed for Town of Lincoln residents to participate in. 

Please note that this questionnaire applies to the financial incentive programs authorized under all of the Town of Lincoln’s Community Improvement Plans; however, the focus on the review will be the Beamsville, Vineland and Mixed-Use Community Improvement Plans, as well as to consider programs to provide incentives to development that create affordable housing opportunities. 

The survey deadline is Friday, January 14, 2022.
