Jordan Village Improvement Project Update

The construction is expected to be completed in staged phases as outlined in the December 2022 - Phases of Work Map. The following stages of construction are subject to change. The Town will host consultations with stakeholders to inform them of any changes that may occur to this schedule.

Parking Lot Closure – 3761 Nineteenth Street:

• The parking lot located at 3761 Nineteenth Street will be temporarily closed to the public. The closure will begin Monday, February 6, 2023, and be in place for approximately four (4) weeks.
• This closure is necessary to complete the reconstruction of the parking lot including storm sewer, asphalt pulverizing, removals, and grading.

Recent Work Completed:

• Exploratory work for future phases along Main Street.
• Pillar base installation on Main Street and Nineteenth Street.
• Utility investigations and minor modifications prior to upcoming phase of construction.

Two-Week Look Ahead:

• Continuation of investigative work on Main Street.
• Continuation of pillar base installation on Main Street and Nineteenth Street.
• Temporary closure of Main Street to accommodate investigative work for the next phase of construction. “Local Traffic Only” closure will be reinstated by the end of the day.

What to Expect Next

• Main Street construction is anticipated to start in early March 2023.
• A notice will be delivered to all businesses and residents prior to the next phase of construction.
• The notice will include relevant information regarding construction phasing, driveway access and estimated scheduling.
